MotionSites (the "Platform", "we", "us") operates a marketplace of ready-to-use AI website prompts at motionsites.dev. By creating an account, browsing the catalogue, purchasing a prompt or activating a membership, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform.
These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Membership Agreement. Where a document covers a specific subject in more detail, that document controls for that subject.
Every item listed on the Platform is a prompt: a piece of text you copy and paste into a third-party AI website builder or model.
Prompts are digital goods delivered instantly. There is no physical shipment and no download queue.
You may register with an email address and password, or by linking a supported third-party account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Accounts are for individuals; you may not sell, rent or share your account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to enter a binding contract where you live and have your guardian's consent.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password confidential. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, is used for fraud or chargeback abuse, or redistributes purchased prompt content. You may delete your own account at any time from your dashboard; deletion does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
Creators price prompts in US dollars. Prices shown in Chinese yuan are converted at a rate configured by the Platform and may differ slightly from bank or card-network rates. The amount you actually pay at checkout is the amount that binds both sides.
We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV or payment-app credentials. Those are handled by the payment provider.
Once a payment succeeds, the prompt is unlocked in your account permanently, and remains available in "My Prompts" even if the creator later removes the listing from sale. If unlocking fails after a successful payment, contact us and we will fix it manually.
Prices may exclude taxes that apply where you live. Where we are required to collect tax, it is shown before you confirm payment.
When you buy a prompt (or access it under a membership), we grant you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:
You may not:
Output you generate is yours. The prompt text is not.
Creators may list prompts for sale once their account is approved. Listings must include an accurate preview that represents what the prompt actually produces.
By listing a prompt you confirm that:
Creator earnings are calculated on the amount the buyer actually pays, multiplied by (1 − the Platform commission). The default commission is 20%; any different rate agreed with you is recorded in your creator settings.
Earnings accrue to your Platform balance. Withdrawals are processed manually by our team after review. We may hold a payout while a transaction is disputed, under fraud review, or subject to a refund.
We may unlist or remove a prompt that breaches these Terms, receives a valid rights complaint, or misrepresents its output. Where a removal is our fault, we may compensate affected creators at our discretion.
You may not use the Platform to:
The MotionSites name, logo, interface, copy, curation and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of them.
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, email us with the URL, a description of the work, and a statement of your rights. We will review promptly and remove content where the complaint is substantiated.
If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.
Prompts are designed to be pasted into third-party AI builders and models. We do not control those tools, their pricing, their availability or their output quality. A prompt that worked yesterday may produce different results after a model update. That variability is inherent to generative AI and is not, by itself, a defect in the prompt.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that a prompt will produce any specific result, ranking, conversion rate or business outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may add, change or discontinue features. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the Platform or by email. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us — most issues are resolved faster by email than by litigation.
