This Membership Agreement governs MotionSites memberships. It supplements our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If a subject is covered here and elsewhere, this document controls for membership matters.
By purchasing or activating a membership you accept these terms.

Both tiers carry the same benefits. The only difference is how long they last.
Prices shown here are the standard list prices at the time of writing. The price you pay is the one displayed at checkout; promotional pricing, where offered, is stated on the membership page.
Membership covers prompts published by the Platform. Prompts listed by third-party creators are priced by those creators; where a member discount applies to third-party listings, it is shown on the listing itself before checkout.
Memberships are one-time purchases. They do not auto-renew. Nothing is charged when a yearly membership reaches its expiry date, and there is no subscription to cancel.
The CNY figure is derived from the USD price using a rate configured by the Platform, and may differ from your bank's rate.
Redemption codes activate a membership without a payment at checkout.
A membership belongs to one account and one person. Sharing credentials so that others can read locked prompt content is a breach of this Agreement.
Where we detect credential sharing — for example, sustained concurrent use from unrelated locations and devices — we may require a password reset, suspend the account, or terminate the membership without refund.
To protect legitimate access, we log when a member account unlocks prompt content or downloads a template kit, including the timestamp, the identifier of the content accessed, and the originating IP address. These records are used solely to detect abnormal access and to resolve infringement disputes, and are retained for 90 days.
Unlocked prompt content carries a tracing marker tied to your account. The marker does not affect how the content reads or functions, but allows us to identify the source if the content is redistributed. Component code does not carry such markers.
We apply technical limits on access frequency to block automated bulk scraping. These limits are set far above what normal reading requires and will not affect ordinary use; if you are blocked during legitimate use, please contact us.
Membership refunds are governed by section 3 of the Refund Policy. In summary: because full catalogue access is delivered instantly, membership is generally non-refundable, with exceptions for duplicate charges, failed activation, and unused memberships within 7 days.
We may add benefits, and we may adjust list prices for future purchases. Price changes never retroactively affect a membership you have already bought.
If we materially reduce the benefits of an active membership, we will notify affected members and, where the reduction is significant, offer a pro-rated refund for a yearly membership's remaining term.
We may suspend or terminate a membership without refund if the account:
You may stop using a membership at any time; because nothing auto-renews, no cancellation step is required.
If we ever discontinue the membership programme, we will give at least 30 days' notice. Yearly members whose term extends past the closure date will be refunded pro rata for the unused portion. Prompts already unlocked remain accessible under the licence you already hold.
We can issue an invoice for a membership purchase. Email us the order number and your billing details after payment.
